Take the same solid framework as High Jump Fundamentals and have friends join. This adds the ability to get insight on how I coach by getting to see other jumpers in action, paired with real time analysis.



Meet Day

In the chaos of a meet, when you need to be in the zone. Have some extra guidance and a specialty coach by your side, so you can relax, and learn what you could be doing to reach new personal bests.

The building blocks to start working towards your ultimate jumping goal, whatever that may be. This will be a personalized training program designed specifically for you, taking into account variables ranging anywhere from your schedule to injuries to equipment limitations. Every month we will continue to evaluate where you're at physically and mentally, and tweak your program on the fly as necessary.


+ Personalized Nutrition Plan

This program will be fully form fitted to your individual needs. Working around allergies, meal times, body type, and discovering the fuel needed to make you elite. Just like Personalized Strength & Conditioning, every Month we will look at what has been working, what hasn't, and continue to make changes to best progress you in your training.
